Simisola Kosoko, better known by her stage name Simi, has taken to social media and revealed the type of vulnerability she has since battled within the journey of motherhood.
The 32-year-old Nigerian singer, songwriter, and actress who started her career as a gospel singer releasing her debut studio album in 2008, titled Ogaju took to her official Twitter handle and stated that she doesn’t want her daughter to ever feel sadness or pain. Adding that her inability to control these things makes her feel so vulnerable.
Taking to the microblogging platform, the ‘Duduke’ hitmaker wrote;
“Having a daughter has made me so vulnerable. I want her to never be hurt, sad, insecure, in pain, confused or afraid. The fact I won’t always be able to control these things has made me the most vulnerable I’ve ever been in my life. I have to be the best example for her. So help me God.”
