Niniola Wins Female Vocalist With ‘Addicted’ At The 14th Headies Awards

Nigerian singer, Niniola, has won the category for the female vocalist at the 14th Edition of the headies awards held at the La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort in Ibeju-Lekki.

Ninola battled it out with top female musicians like Simi, Lindsey Abudei, J Dess, Yemi Alade and Imanse to win the category. She won this award with her song, Addicted.

Niniola is a singer and songwriter. She participated in the sixth season of Project Fame West Africa in 2013. After releasing her debut single, Ibadi, she was nominated for Most Promising Act to watch at the 2015 Nigeria Entertainment Awards.

In April 2020, Niniola received her Grammy nomination certificate for her work as a composer on The Lion King: The Gift.

The Headies 2020 will be the 14th edition of The Headies, Nigerian music awards show held to recognise outstanding achievements in the Nigerian music industry. The organisers of the event announced TV personalities and actress Nancy Isime and Comedian Bovi as hosts of the program.
